Located on Deer Lake 20 miles north of Grand Rapids, Camp Hiawatha has a first class sandy beach and acres of wide-open spaces to play and enjoy God's creation. You'll find plenty of room to be yourself. The camp has nice cabins, a large sauna, a newly remodeled Chapel, a classic "old log lodge" for skits and activities, and a dining hall with a million dollar view of Deer Lake.
Lake Vermilion is a grand celebration of God's creation. Whether you come to camp for a week-long program or take off from here into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, Camp Vermilion will soon feel like home. Our 360-acre forest, great views of Lake Vermilion, old-fashioned dining hall, and comfortable cabins all create a classic Northwoods setting for your Christian camping adventure.
