OPPORTUNITIES TO VISIT!
Want to come visit Camp for an afternoon or a day? Community worship at Camp Hiawatha are Sundays @ 10am with brunch afterward. Camp Vermilion hosts a Saturday worship @ 5pm with dinner afterward. RSVP for Vermilon dinner by calling 218-666-5834. You can also stop by at either camp for our weekly Camper Closing Celebration at noon. We will see you at Camp! Call for more info!

The NAMI/MN "Family-to-Family Education Course"
Free 12-week program
September 7 - November 23, 2010

Who is it for?
- For family members (parents, siblings, spouses, children, significant others) of persons with severe brain disorders/mental illnesses - schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (manic-depression), clinical depression, borderline personality disorder, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The course focuses of the clinical treatment of these illnesses and teaches the knowledge and skills that family members need to cope more effectively.

Who teaches the course?
- The course is taught by a local team of NAMI trained educators who are family member themselves.

When and where do the classes meet?
- Tuesdays from 6:30-9:00pm, beginning

September 7 at Itasca Community College (Continued Learning Conference Center-Backes Student Center) in Grand Rapids
