Parish Nursing

Parish Nursing is a melding of nursing and ministry. The Parish Nurse ministers wholistically to individuals and families, in and through a faith community, using his or her health education and spiritual maturity to promote wellness of body, mind and spirit.

Monthly Blood Pressure Checks are offered at Zion on the first Sunday of each month between services in the Parish Nurse Office, Room 110.

Nursery at Zion

The nursery is available for both Sunday services and is staffed by volunteers. The nursery is equipped with a speaker so that if you choose to stay with your children in the nursery you can still participate in worship.  
 

Wednesday Evenings

Wednesdays are a busy time at Zion!! We have a community dinner in the Christian Life Center from 5:30 until 6:30pm. Begin the evening with the Take a Look Bible Study at 4:30pm and following dinner there are a choirs to be involved in, adult education opportunities, senior high youth group and many other activities.
